Charming Stay with Insightful Staff!

I had a delightful experience during my solo stay. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed the unique half-glass shower. The staff excelled in attentiveness, and their warm smiles brightened my mornings. I'd recommend requesting a room on a higher floor for better views.

I loved how close I was to Brooklyn Heights Promenade, which offered stunning views of Manhattan, and the New York Transit Museum, where I could walk and explore the history of NYC’s transport system. the staff were friendly, making the stay feel welcoming.

Great location near Dumbo, but housekeeping was inconsistent throughout my stay.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited nearby parks and great local eateries. The location is super convenient and the room was clean and cozy. Housekeeping was reliable, and we appreciated the friendly staff. Pro tip, the coffee shop is occasionally closed, so plan accordingly.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Classic Twin Room and loved the vibe. The location was perfect—easy walk to DUMBO and close to the transit. Staff were super chill. The room was cozy but the hallways felt kinda dark. Breakfast was decent, but $20 seemed steep. On the plus side, bar area was inviting.

Wonderful stay with warm hospitality.

The room was spacious and beautiful, very comfortable to relax in. The beds were nice, but some rooms were a bit small. The bathroom was modern which was cool, but getting hot water in the morning was an issue. Street noise can be loud if your room faces the road, so that's something to consider. Overall, comfy but with a few quirks.

The staff were super welcoming and friendly, which was nice, and they suggested some local spots for us to hit up during our stay. The cozy lobby had lots of couches to relax on, and we discovered this cool second-floor bar that opened up to an outdoor beer garden with a great view.

It wasn’t exactly affordable, but it was still acceptable in terms of what we got.

Had a mixed experience. The room was nice and spacious, and the shower was hot, but no microwave and a small breakfast area made things tricky. The staff felt a bit indifferent when we tried to lounge after checkout. The bar area was chill, though! Just lacked some little things that would’ve really improved the stay.

The rooftop area was fun with games to play, and the location near DUMBO made it super convenient. It made my visit memorable.

I appreciated the comfy bed and the prime location close to popular attractions. However, the cleanliness could improve, especially under the bed. Highly recommend grabbing breakfast at a nearby bistro for a much better experience!

Friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, as they consistently went above and beyond to assist guests. The room's shower was exceptional and felt better than home, making for a refreshing experience. However, the front desk communication could be improved, especially evident in the lack of timely responses for extra linens during a colder night.

Target audience won't find luxury here

So we stayed for 3 nights and I gotta say the air conditioning was strong enough to keep us cool on those humid days and the lobby honestly had this nice little art deco vibe that I didn’t mind upfront but what really stood out was the staff member named Campbell who always welcomed everyone as they walked in like he was glad to see them

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay in a Junior Suite. The Beer Garden offered delicious food, perfect for relaxing evenings. The room was cozy, but I recommend bringing your own toiletries, as some supplies were lacking.
